I’m officially moving to Chicago in a few weeks. I can’t wait to start my new life and work on getting my business off the ground. Of course, with all of the uncertainty in America, I can only hope that I’ll be able to succeed. I’m worried about where we are headed and I don’t know what I’m going to do if things turn to extremes.

The only thing I can do is continue with my current plans and work as hard as possible on doing my best. I’m excited to start my new routines and find a new BJJ gym in Chicago that allows me the ability to continue my growth in the sport. I’m getting much closer to obtaining my purple belt. That will mark when I’m on the final leg towards black belt. It might take a few more years to make that happen, but I’m fully focused on making that a reality.

Whatever happens over the next few years, I’ll try my best to live with the values I hold dear, and hopefully my fellow Americans wake up to what is happening.
